1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
- European Union: 6–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
- Norway: 6–15 business days
- International (rest of world): 6–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value required.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Customs and Import Duties
For orders within the EU, no customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU (including Norway and international destinations), customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@seranzio.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
