We do not accept PayPal.

2. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your card details on our servers.

3. Currency

Prices are displayed in your local currency. No additional currency conversion fees are charged by Seranzio.

4. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@seranzio.com.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details and try again, or use an alternative payment method.

6. Fraud Prevention

We use fraud detection tools to protect both our customers and our business. In some cases, we may request additional verification before processing an order.
