Depending on the model and airflow setting, Seranzio products provide up to 6 hours of cooling on a single charge. Charging takes approximately 2 hours via USB-C.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 6–10 business days for EU, UK, and international destinations.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package at any time.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your CoolFlow for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return and full refund.
