We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seranzio product. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
1. Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.
2. Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition
- Items must include all original packaging and accessories
- Proof of purchase required
3. How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@seranzio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@seranzio.com. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
7. EU Consumer Rights
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (cooling-off period). This is in addition to our 30-day return policy.
